The Center for the Study of Early Christianity and Department of Semitic and Egyptian Languages and Literatures at the Catholic University of America announce the search for a Visiting Assistant Professor to teach courses in early Christianity and Syriac language and literature, primarily at the graduate level, beginning in Fall 2023. This is a one-year leave replacement, renewable for up to one additional year. The teaching load is six courses per year divided between the two units.
