The Department of Patristics of the Faculty of Theology of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (Santiago de Chile) proposes to support and host candidates for a Post-Doctoral Grant of the Chilean National Resarch Agency. Our Campus, with its Theological Library and interaction with other Faculties, is a perfect place to study and investigate in Patristics, with three members of the AIEP in charge, Samuel Fernández, Xavier Morales and Fernando Soler, and topics such as the Arian Controversy, the role of metaphors in Theology, Meals in Ancient Christianism, Monarchianism and Modalism, or the Trinitarian Dimensions of God’s Action in the World.
